Rocky Road Bonbons - Makes 16 pieces
- 8 ounces / 225g dark, milk or white chocolate chopped
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, halved * 1 cup marshmallows
- 5 ounces / 150g Turkish delight, coarsely chopped
Allow to cool slightly before adding the nuts, marshmallows, and Turkish delight. Mix until well combined. Line an 8 inch or 20cm square baking pan pan with baking/parchment paper. Pour the mixture into it. Neaten the edges and refrigerate until set.
Put the candy (Rocky Road) out onto a cool cutting board and peel of the baking paper. Cut into 16 squares.
Wrap each in clear cellophane. These make a beautiful handmade Christmas gift ties at each end with pretty ribbon.
